Refund Policy

Your deposit reserves your spot on the trip of your choice and is non-refundable. Similarly, your payment for an event guarantees your admission and is also non-refundable.

At the SLAPcollective, we partner with a variety of vendors to keep our experiences affordable and offer flexible monthly payment plans. Because of these agreements, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

However, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a 3-day Review Period from the time of booking to review our Terms & Conditions. If you need to cancel within those three days, you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked. In some cases, with sufficient advance notice, we may be able to transfer your booking to another trip. Please note that this is a case-by-case courtesy and not a guarantee. Remember, any travel insurance purchased is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Arrangements

You have been signed up for payment reminders and will be responsible for making payments according to the payment schedule. Late payments past the due date may incur a late fee. Need to adjust your payment plan? Just email us at info@theslapcollective.org, and we’ll work together to find a solution that fits.

If your balance isn’t paid in full by the final due date, a late fee will be added three days after. All listed prices are per person, based on either shared or single room occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Keep in mind, prices don’t cover personal expenses such as tips, laundry, beverages, meals (unless specified), passport/visa fees, insurance, or foreign taxes unless outlined in your package.

Travel Protection

Missing out on a vacation is tough. Losing the money you paid for it? Even tougher. To protect your investment, the SLAPcollective recommends all guests to have travel insurance. Your premium is tailored to your trip cost, ensuring you’re covered but not over-insured.

Proof of insurance may be required before your trip. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we’re here to make your travel experience as seamless as possible.
