A warm welcome awaits, complete with a thoughtfully curated gift to set the tone for the days ahead. After settling in and enjoying the serene surroundings, we gather for a welcome dinner—a chance to connect with fellow participants and begin this retreat with shared intentions and anticipation for the experiences to come.

Grounding & Local Exploration

The day begins with a grounding sunrise meditation, inviting participants to embrace the peaceful rhythm of the retreat. A nourishing breakfast follows, leading into a morning at the wellness center, where guests can unwind or join a yoga/movement session. Adventure & Reflection

A mindful sunrise meditation opens a day of adventure. After a refreshing breakfast, participants embark on a river journey guided excursion into Jamaica’s stunning natural landscapes. Returning to the resort, we settled back in and gather for a reflective group dinner, where the day’s discoveries are shared, allowing everyone to connect more deeply through the stories and insights gained.

Another sunrise meditation begins our day, bringing calm and clarity. After breakfast, we dive into a cultural experience that invites participants to engage with Jamaican art and tradition. In the evening, we gather for our nightly reflective dinner back at the resort, sharing moments of inspiration and connection as we absorb the richness of Jamaica’s culture. The day concludes with a relaxed outing that allows us to experience the island’s energy firsthand—we step out to enjoy local nightlife and immerse ourselves in the vibrancy of Treasure Beach's locals.

Today is all about restoration. After the morning meditation and a nourishing breakfast, guests are treated to massages and wellness sessions, deepening their relaxation. The afternoon hosts an Open House for sharing and creating amongst the group + with locals, where participants can express their journey through storytelling, art, or simply connecting with others. The retreat culminates in a bonfire dinner and Share & Tell on the beach—a celebration of new friendships, perspectives, and shared memories beneath the starry Jamaican sky.

day six
